Rates and Policies

We rent private rooms with shared bath only.

Winter $45 per room per night.*
Shoulder seasons $50 - $90 per room per night.*
Summer $90 - $150 per room per night.*
All rates include free self-serve breakfast.

Higher rates apply to holidays and certain weekends.

* Any rate quoted is subject to 7% tax.

Reservations: Visa or MasterCard are required to make a reservation. Reservations will be held until 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made. After 6pm unclaimed rooms may be resold.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in general and a 72-hour/one-week cancellation policy during summer and holiday weekends. If you don't cancel within the cancellation time which applies to your booking date and don't show up, your charge card will be charged for the first night stay.

Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or alcohol consumption allowed in guesthouses. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
